As mentioned, this old standing driftwood bush was one of my favorite subjects to take pictures of, and I did so many time. This photograph was taken during sunrise. The sky had blues and magentas in it naturally, and I emphasized the colors a little to bring them out. It was a stunning morning on Hatteras.
