I was on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina well before sunrise, looking for a good sunrise location. I could not find one. Then, just as the sun was nearing the horizon, I came upon this scene. It was the only area I had run across that had morning ground fog. The fog and colors were beautiful.
