I have always liked this technique to create a sketch-like picture from a photograph. To me, it resembles a sketch made by hand very closely. The original photo was taken on a cold December morning just a few days before Christmas which is why there are so many boats in the marina. In the off-season, very few of these commercial fishing boats go out to sea on fishing trips. During the warmer seasons, you would not see these boats - if any - in the marina after sunrise. #artforsale #fishing #sketch #outerbanks #obx
